DEPOSIT POLICY: A deposit equal to TWO NIGHTS lodging is due within 7 daysof booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date, (60 daysprior for Holiday and month of March). Monies must be in the form of checkor cash only. No credit cards accepted as payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival(60 days prior for Christmas and month of March), will forfeit one night'slodging. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival (60 daysprior for Christmas and month of March) are subject to full forfeiture,unless the unit can be re-booked (any refund will be pro-rated), but theone night's cancellation fee will still apply.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit in the amount of $500.00 for School &Youth groups, $250.00 for all others will be due at the time of finalpayment. This must be in the form of a personal check, which will be held.The check should be made payable to: Cecilia McGinnis. The securitydeposit will be returned within 15 days of departure as long as there areno missing or damaged articles, damages to the home or excessive cleaningnecessary. Normal wear and tear excluded.
Hot Tub: We have no control over the mechanical operations of the hot tub.Please notify us of any problems encountered as soon as possible. We will doeverything in our power to have the problem fixed immediately, but will notoffer any compensation for the inability to use the hot tub.
