CANCELLATION: Cancellation received within 30 days (45 days-Holiday) ofarrival shall forfeit all monies. Cancellations received 30-60 days priorto arrival (45-60 - Holiday), shall forfeit the initial deposit.Cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival pay a cancellation fee of$125.00.
