This cabin is located on five acres has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, sleeping fifteen people.

The main part of the cabin has a living room, a kitchen with new appliances, and a dining room. The master suite has its own living area, a dining area and a kitchenette. There are two TVs in the unit in each living room, and two DVD players. In the main living room, there is a karaoke machine to help make your family’s vacation in the woods more thrilling. This cabin has a large front yard for the kids to play around in both winter and summer. The deck and patio area has both a dining area and a private hot tub for the whole family.
DEPOSIT: Two night's lodging is required within 10 days of the date of booking. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to Holiday arrival). For reservations made less than 30 days (45 days-Holiday), payment in full is required within 10 days from the date of booking.
CANCELLATION: Cancellation received within 30 days (45 days-Holiday) of arrival shall forfeit all monies. Cancellations received 30-60 days prior to arrival (45-60 - Holiday), shall forfeit the initial deposit. Cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival pay a cancellation fee of $125.00.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: This house requires a $500 security deposit upon arrival. MUST be paid by CASH, CHECK OR MONEY ORDER. No CC's accepted.
Rates & availability are subject to change until your deposit is paid. Tax rate is subject to change up to & including your stay.
KEY DEPOSIT: All guests will be charged $20 for any lost keys and for all keys not returned to the Front Desk upon check-out. The $20 charge is used to change the lock in the event a key is lost or not returned. If you are planning an early morning departure, please stop by the Front Desk the evening prior, to clear your account. Upon departure, all keys must be returned to the front desk or deposited in the locked key return box, next to the front desk.
This is a PET FRIENDLY property. Pets must not be left alone on the property and must be picked up after. Any violation of pet policies will result in a minimum of $250 fee plus any additional cleaning cost and/or damage repair cost. You are required to strict adherence to these policies. A $55 non-refundable pet deposit due at check-in.
HOT TUBS: Sitzmark Travel has no control over the mechanical operations of hot tubs or pools. Please notify us of any problem as soon as possible. We will do everything in our power to have the problem fixed, but we will not offer any compensation for the inability to use the hot tub or pool.
