Elk Run is a Beautiful ranch-style home located in the exclusive Elk Run subdivsion, about 1.5 miles from downtown Winter Park. This nicely decorated residence offers many extras including a den, washer/dryer, dual head walk-in shower and steam room in the master bedroom. Relax in your private outdoor hot tub on the back patio. The living area has a gorgeous double sided fireplace that is also in the dining area. This home also features a kitchen loaded with Cuisinart appliances and also has a double oven. For bedding, there is a King bed in master bedroom, Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, twin beds in the 3rd bedroom, plus 2 Queen sofa sleepers in the den and the living room if needed.

DEPOSIT: Two night's lodging is required within 10 days of the date of booking. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to Holiday arrival). For reservations made less than 30 days (45 days-Holiday), payment in full is required within 10 days from the date of booking.
CANCELLATION: Cancellation received within 30 days (45 days-Holiday) of arrival shall forfeit all monies. Cancellations received 30-60 days prior to arrival (45-60 - Holiday), shall forfeit the initial deposit. Cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival pay a cancellation fee of $125.00.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: This house requires a $500 security deposit upon arrival. MUST be paid by CASH, CHECK OR MONEY ORDER. No CC's accepted.
KEY DEPOSIT: All guests will be charged $20 for any lost keys and for all keys not returned to the Front Desk upon check-out. The $20 charge is used to change the lock in the event a key is lost or not returned. If you are planning an early morning departure, please stop by the Front Desk the evening prior, to clear your account. Upon departure, all keys must be returned to the front desk or deposited in the locked key return box, next to the front desk.
HOT TUBS: Sitzmark Travel has no control over the mechanical operations of hot tubs or pools. Please notify us of any problem as soon as possible. We will do everything in our power to have the problem fixed, but we will not offer any compensation for the inability to use the hot tub or pool. NO CHILDREN UNDER 9 YEARS OF AGE ALLOWED!!
