This home has a beautiful wrap-around deck with a gas grill and a view of Byer's Peak for free! Enjoy the media room with your family and friends. In this magnificent room there is a 60" TV and a small wet bar. Relax in the private Hot Tub after a long day at the slopes. This house is not on the town free shuttle route, so you will need your own transportation while staying at the Green Ridge.

DEPOSIT: Two night's lodging is required within 10 days of the date of booking. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to Holiday arrival). For reservations made less than 30 days (45 days-Holiday), payment in full is required within 10 days from the date of booking.
CANCELLATION: Cancellation received within 30 days (45 days-Holiday) of arrival shall forfeit all monies. Cancellations received 30-60 days prior to arrival (45-60 - Holiday), shall forfeit the initial deposit. Cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival date pay a cancellation fee of $125.00.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: This house requires a $500 security deposit upon arrival. MUST be paid by CASH, CHECK OR MONEY ORDER. No CC's accepted.
PET FRIENDLY property. Pets must not be left alone on the property and must be picked up after. Any violation of pet policies will result in a minimum of $250 fee plus any additional cleaning cost and/or damage repair cost. You are required to strict adherence to these policies. A $55 non-refundable pet deposit is collected at check-in.
KEY DEPOSIT: All guests will be charged $20 for any lost keys and for all keys not returned to the Front Desk upon check-out. The $20 charge is used to change the lock in the event a key is lost or not returned. If you are planning an early morning departure, please stop by the Front Desk the evening prior, to clear your account. Upon departure, all keys must be returned to the front desk or deposited in the locked key return box, next to the front desk.
