CANCELLATION: Cancellation received within 30 days (45 days-Holiday) ofarrival shall forfeit all monies. Cancellations received 30-60 days priorto arrival (45-60 - Holiday), shall forfeit the initial deposit.Cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival pay a cancellation fee of$125.00.

HOT TUBS: Sitzmark Travel has no control over the mechanical operations ofhot tubs or pools. Please notify us of any problem as soon as possible. Wewill do everything in our power to have the problem fixed, but we will notoffer any compensation for the inability to use the hot tub or pool.This is a PET FRIENDLY property. Pets must not be leftalone on the property and must be picked up after. Any violation of petpolicies will result in a minimum of $250 fee plus any additional cleaningcost and/or damage repair cost. You are required to strict adherence tothese policies. A $55 non-refundable pet deposit is collected at check-in.
