Deposit: One night's lodging incl. tax is due within 10 days of booking. Thebalance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. For Holiday bookings the balance is due by November 1st.
Incidental Charges: An imprint of a major credit card (MC, Visa, AMX, Diner orDiscover) is required at time of check-in. This will stand as deposit againstany incidental charges during your stay.
Cancellation: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival are subjectto a $100.00 processing fee. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrivalare non-refundable. For Holiday bookings cancelled prior to November 1st are refundable less a $100.00 processing fee. For Holiday bookings cancelled after November 1st there is no refund.
No Shows: Any guest who does not check-in to the property by 12:00 noon theday following his/her scheduled arrival date will be considered a cancelledreservation and will be non-refundable.
Late arrivals or early check-outs: In the event the guest checks in after thescheduled arrival date or departs prior to their scheduled departure date (perconfirmation), guest is responsible for the full length of the stay.
Rates and availability are subject to change until your deposit is paid.Tax rate is subject to change up to and including your stay, and you will beresponsible for any difference due.
