DEPOSIT: Two night's lodging is required within 10 days of the date ofbooking. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival (45 daysprior to Holiday arrival). For reservations made less than 30 days (45days-Holiday), payment in full is required within 10 days from the date ofbooking.
CANCELLATION: Cancellation received within 30 days (45 days-Holiday) ofarrival shall forfeit all monies. Cancellations received 30-60 days priorto arrival (45-60 - Holiday), shall forfeit the initial deposit.Cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival pay a cancellation fee of$125.00.

HOT TUBS: Sitzmark Travel has no control over the mechanical operations of hot tubs or pools. Please notify us of any problem as soon as possible. We will do everything in our power to have the problem fixed, but we will not offer any compensation for the inability to use the hot tub or pool.
