The washer/dryer are a plus for drying out ski clothes or keeping up with the laundry. There are TVs on every level and DVD/VCR. The spacious deck has a gas grill and patio dining set. And the best thing... a large, indoor hot tub for soaking in after a day on the slopes or doing other activities awaits you. This residence offers a private drive with parking for up to 4 cars and a carport is available to avoid those big powder snowfalls from hitting your windsheild. Peak-a-boo views of the Continental Divide can be found throughout the property.
DEPOSIT: Two night's lodging is required within 10 days of the date of booking. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to Holiday arrival). For reservations made less than 30 days (45 days-Holiday), payment in full is required within 10 days from the date of booking.
CANCELLATION: Cancellation received within 30 days (45 days-Holiday) of arrival shall forfeit all monies. Cancellations received 30-60 days prior to arrival (45-60 - Holiday), shall forfeit the initial deposit. Cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival pay a cancellation fee of $125.00.

KEY DEPOSIT: All guests will be charged $20 for any lost keys and for all keys not returned to the Front Desk upon check-out. The $20 charge is used to change the lock in the event a key is lost or not returned. If you are planning an early morning departure, please stop by the Front Desk the evening prior, to clear your account. Upon departure, all keys must be returned to the front desk or deposited in the locked key return box, next to the front desk.
