DEPOSIT: A deposit equivalent to one night's lodging is due at the time of booking. Final Payment is due 30 days (45 days Holiday Season) prior to arrival. $30 service charge on all one night stays. Payment may be made by check or credit card.
CANCELLATION: If cancellation occurs 31 days or more prior to arrival (46 days during Holiday Season), a refund will be issued less a $100.00 cancel fee. If cancellation occurs 30 days or less prior to arrival (45 days during Holiday Season) all monies will be forfeited unless the unit can be re-booked, in which case, the $100.00 cancellation fee will be assessed.
Full forfeiture or $100.00 cancellation fee will be assessed for early departures depending on the ability to re-rent the unit or the nature of the early departure.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable security deposit of $100.00 (for individuals) $500.00 (for groups) or an imprint of a Visa or MasterCard will be required upon arrival.
Rates and availability are subject to change until deposit is paid. Tax rate is subject to change up to and including your stay.
HOT TUBS: Sitzmark Travel has no control over the mechanical operations of hot tubs or pools. Please notify us of any problem as soon as possible. We will do everything in our power to have the problem fixed, but we will not offer any compensation for the inability to use the hot tub or pool.
