Deluxe 1 Bedroom/1 bath and 2 Bedroom/2 bath units featuring full kitchen,dining table, gas fireplace, in-unit washer/dryer, and free heated parkinggarage. The guests have access to the shuttle pickup next door at Hidden RiverLodge. There are two outdoor hot tubs located on-site.
There must be a minimum of one adult chaperone per condo at least 21 years ofage. A credit card imprint is taken at time of check-in to serve as a damagedeposit.
Payment Policy: An initial deposit of two nights' lodging is required atthe time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date, ordue 45 days prior for Christmas/New Years Holiday bookings.
Cancellation Policy: A $50 handling fee will be charged on cancellationsmore than 30 days prior to arrival. Should you cancel within 30 days ofarrival, all monies paid are forfeited. For Holiday bookings, a $50handling fee will be charged on cancellations made before October 1st andshould you cancel after October 1st, all monies paid are forfeited. Themanagement company, Key To The Rockies, reserves the right to withhold fulldeposits and cancel any reservation if final payment is not received incompliance with their payment policy.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME: Check -in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00AM. Late check-in time requires special arrangements to be made prior toarrival. Late departures are subject to half day rates.
MAID SERVICE: Stays of four nights or more receive a towel change and trashremoval midway through stay. All stays of eight nights or more receive a linenchange along with towel change and trash removal midway through stay. Dailymaid service can be arranged at an extra charge.
MAID SERVICE AT TIMBERS AND LONE EAGLE: Daily maid service provided at noextra charge.
PHONE CHARGES: Local phone calls or toll-free number calls are free; guestsare responsible for payment on all other calls made from lodging property.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $250.00 credit card impression is required at check-in tocover any telephone charges, damages, or excessive cleaning. Impression willbe destroyed within 5 days of departure.
