Deluxe multi-level townhomes located in the pristine Ski Tip neighborhoodless than a half mile (east) of River Run Village. The 2 Bedroom/2.5 bathunit will sleep up to 8 people, and the 3 Bedroom/3.5 bath unit will sleep8 people as well. The Keystone Resort free shuttle will take guests to theslopes and activities within the resort. Guests also use the shuttle totake advantage of the Dakota Lodge outdoor heated pool.

Ski Tip Townhomes boast the finest accommodations along the Snake River, justa half mile from River Run Village. Both the 2 Bedroom and the 3 Bedroom willsleep up to 8 people. Each features a full kitchen, gas fireplace, cableTV/VCR, in-unit washer/dryer, and private one-car garage. There are twooutdoor hot tubs on-site, and access to the Dakota Lodge outdoor heated poolin River Run, via the free shuttle.
There must be a minimum of one adult chaperone per condo at least 21 years ofage. A credit card imprint is taken at time of check-in to serve as a damagedeposit.
Payment Policy: An initial deposit of two nights' lodging is required atthe time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date, ordue 45 days prior for Christmas/New Years Holiday bookings.
Cancellation Policy: A $50 handling fee will be charged on cancellationsmore than 30 days prior to arrival. Should you cancel within 30 days ofarrival, all monies paid are forfeited. For Holiday bookings, a $50handling fee will be charged on cancellations made before October 1st andshould you cancel after October 1st, all monies paid are forfeited. Themanagement company, Key To The Rockies, reserves the right to withhold fulldeposits and cancel any reservation if final payment is not received incompliance with their payment policy.
