The 2 Bedroom unit typically has a queen bed in each bedroom, and a queen sofasleeper in the living room (bedding is not guaranteed). It features a fullkitchen, gas fireplace, cable TV/VCR/Stereo, and a private balcony. The guestenjoys heated underground parking, elevator, outdoor heated pool, two outdoorhot tubs, fitness room, billiards in the lobby, steamroom, and laundryfacilities on each floor.
There must be a minimum of one adult chaperone per condo at least 21 years ofage. A credit card imprint is taken at time of check-in to serve as a damagedeposit.
Payment Policy: An initial deposit of two nights' lodging is required atthe time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date, ordue 45 days prior for Christmas/New Years Holiday bookings.
Cancellation Policy: A $50 handling fee will be charged on cancellationsmore than 30 days prior to arrival. Should you cancel within 30 days ofarrival, all monies paid are forfeited. For Holiday bookings, a $50handling fee will be charged on cancellations made before October 1st andshould you cancel after October 1st, all monies paid are forfeited. Themanagement company, Key To The Rockies, reserves the right to withhold fulldeposits and cancel any reservation if final payment is not received incompliance with their payment policy.
