Northstar is a 2 bedroom/2.5 bath townhome that will sleep up to 7 people. It has a full kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer and garage.Deposit Policy: Two nights lodging due at the time of booking by creditcard. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds for bookings 12/25-01/02/00, noexceptions. If you cancel your reservation a $100 fee will be charged forprocessing. If you cancel prior to 60 days of arrival, you will receive arefund of your deposit less the $100 fee. If your reservation is cancelledwithin 60 days of arrival, no refund will be issued, unless they are ableto rebook the property at the same rate. There will be no refunds givendue to conditions beyond our control, such as bad weather or roads,airline cancellations or delays, etc.Damage Deposit: A credit card number is required at the time of booking.If excessive cleaning is required, the credit card number will be chargeda rate of $25.00 per hour.
