Specific location not guaranteed, however guests will be staying at Keystone Resort with access to our complimentary shuttle to the mountain and village activities.

Rates and availability are subject to change until your deposit is paid. Tax and sur-charge are subject up to change up to and including your stay Deposit Policy: Regular Reservations: A deposit amount equivalent to 1 night lodging cost (including tax) per unit is due at time of booking. Balance of lodging is due 30 days prior to arrival. All final payments are non-refundable.
Holiday Reservations: Holiday bookings made more than 60 day prior to arrival require a deposit amount equivalent to 1 nights lodging cost (including tax) per unit, due at time of booking. Holiday Reservations booked inside of 60 days prior must be paid in full at time of booking. All final payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
Regular Reservations: Cancellations outside 31 days of arrival are subject to a $75.00 processing fee per reservation. Cancellation made 30 days or less of arrival is subject to forfeiture of full payment. No shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay.
Holiday Reservations: Cancellations outside 61 days of arrival are subject to a $75.00 processing fee per reservation. Cancellation made 60 days or less of arrival is subject to forfeiture of full payment. No shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay.
Cancellations for large units (3 or more bedrooms): Cancellation prior to final payment due date (see requirements above) are subject to forfeiture of $300 deposit. Cancellations made inside of final payment due date are subject to forfeiture of full payment. No shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay.
