This 1 Bedroom/1 Bath condo (for 4 people) has a queen bed in the bedroom anda queen sofa sleeper in the living room. It features a full kitchen, diningtable for 4, gas fireplace, cable TV/VCR, and balcony. The guest enjoys heatedunderground parking, elevator, outdoor hot tubs, and pool access to DakotaLodge.
There must be a minimum of one adult chaperone per condo at least 21 years ofage. A credit card imprint is taken at time of check-in to serve as a damagedeposit.
Payment Policy: An initial deposit of two nights' lodging is required atthe time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date, ordue 45 days prior for Christmas/New Years Holiday bookings.
Cancellation Policy: A $50 handling fee will be charged on cancellationsmore than 30 days prior to arrival. Should you cancel within 30 days ofarrival, all monies paid are forfeited. For Holiday bookings, a $50handling fee will be charged on cancellations made before October 1st andshould you cancel after October 1st, all monies paid are forfeited. Themanagement company, Key To The Rockies, reserves the right to withhold fulldeposits and cancel any reservation if final payment is not received incompliance with their payment policy.
